Antenatal -  For a new pregnancy please follow the link below to refer yourself to maternity care.

Anti-Coag (Warfarin clinic) - An initial referral will be made by the GP or Nurse Practitioner to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse. 

Asthma & COPD - Patients will receive an invite to book an appointment for an annual review. 

Coronary Heart Disease - Patients are invited annually for a review. 

Childhood Immunisations Parents are invited to attend with their children at the relevant stages. 

Diabetes - Patients are invited annually for a review. 

Family Planning - For discussions about contraception or menopause issues please speak to Vicky Cooney (Nurse Specialist).

Phlebotomy - Blood tests are available at St Helens and Bembridge on different days throughout the week. These are for patients needing a blood test which has been requested by a clinician from St Helens Medical Centre.
